We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Ideagen's growth, by engaging in outbound prospecting activities, identifying key decision-makers, qualifying leads, and selling our value proposition. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the opportunity to contribute directly to our revenue growth.
28K Salary - 8K Commission
Hybrid Working model: MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY in our Ruddington office.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively engaging in outbound prospecting activities.
2. Identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
3. Qualifying and assessing leads based on predefined criteria.
4. Effectively communicating Ideagen's value proposition and key differentiators.
5. Collaborating closely with the sales team, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
6. Engaging in consultative selling, actively listening to prospects' requirements and recommending tailored software solutions.
7. Utilising CRM software to efficiently manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
8. Actively participating in sales meetings, training programmes, and professional development activities.
9. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
