We’re growing our Mid-Market Consultancy team and looking for a confident, proactive Client Executive to help us deliver smart energy solutions to businesses across the UK.
Whether you’re already in the energy industry or bring strong experience from a customer service, operations or support role, this is your chance to step into a role where your organisation, communication and problem-solving skills will have real impact – every single day.
Working alongside a Client Manager, you’ll support a portfolio of mid-market clients, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while playing a key part in delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting a Client Manager with day-to-day service delivery across a set portfolio
* Handling client and supplier queries, tracking them through to resolution
* Keeping client site lists accurate and up to date – and making sure our internal teams are too
* Setting up clients on internal systems and ensuring LOAs (Letters of Authority) are valid
* Issuing reporting packs and tender documents in line with agreed timelines
* Booking and tracking renewals across all services
* Helping to keep everything running like clockwork
What we’re looking for
* Someone who’s highly organised and confident juggling multiple tasks
* A clear, proactive communicator – across phone, Teams and email
* A team player who’s also happy to take ownership and get things done
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving
* Customer service and admin experience are essential
* Energy industry experience is a bonus – but not essential if you’ve got the right mindset
