This role offers an excellent above-market basic salary and uncapped commission earnings.
Job Purpose:
To achieve the financial targets agreed for designated desk through effective business development activity and service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, explore and maximise new business.
2. Perform agreed sales activities, achieving activity and financial targets.
3. Develop and maintain robust, meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships within new and existing client base, working in partnership.
4. Manage and refresh job board advertising in line with recruitment.
5. Ensure all applicants are managed to the agreed process for screening and validation.
6. Identification of alternative recruitment.
7. Pro-actively manage the availability of candidates to ensure effective client coverage and business development activity.
8. Deliver a candidate focused culture, ensuring the Right fit, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
9. Create and maintain a 'Pool' of candidates appropriate to the client's needs.
10. Ability to stand in as deputy for the Business Manager as and when needed.
11. Work in partnership with clients to actively promote opportunities within the wider business.
12. Provision of 24/7 service to meet client requirements as required.
13. Defend the business from risk; ensure delivery processes meet and comply with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLAs, employment and recruitment legislation; monitor through audit.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required:
1. Business development experience, proven track record of target achievement.
2. Previous experience in recruitment.
3. Ability to forge business relationships.
4. Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
5. Innovative and creative, with a continuous improvement approach.
6. Good IT skills.
7. Ability to organise and prioritise.
8. Excel within a fast-paced environment.
9. Driving Licence.
