Account Executive – Direct & Facultative
We are delighted to offer this great opportunity to join as an Account Executive within our Property & Casualty Direct and Facultative teams. Your focus will be to work closely with our broking and client leaders to provide exceptional client service to a broad range of global clients.
Within D&F, we provide a large range of products and solutions for a variety of clients in:
* Property, Casualty and specialist areas such as Product Recall and Environmental Liability.
* North America and International clients.
* Industry verticals including construction, food and beverage, manufacturing, life science, and many more.
* Bespoke facultative reinsurance and structured solutions for our diverse client base, ranging from large and small overseas insurance companies to local insurers and Lloyd’s Syndicates.
Every client is unique, largely due to changing legal or regulatory environments and fluctuations in the marketplace. You will need to be aware of a client’s developing demands and needs.
We are an integral part of the end-to-end client servicing function, beginning with discussions with our clients to establish their requirements alongside our brokers, through to the placing and billing of the product. This can take the form of face-to-face meetings or conference calls with the client, as well as the insurance market, to tailor a structured programme to meet our clients’ needs. We work closely with the London market brokers during the process to assist them with the co-ordination of the placement, keeping the client up to date on progress.
We are an agile working team and utilise the skills and proximity of the London market as required to fulfil the clients’ requirements.

The Role
You will be expected to become a placing and billing specialist with high knowledge of:
* The Client Excellence Model (CEM).
* Compliance (including Third Party Scorecards, Sanctions, country licensing, etc.).
* Policy documentation (including market reform contracts and endorsements).
* Company and market tools.
* Arranging invoices promptly and resolving queries.
In addition:
* Adherence to WTW Values and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
* Exceptional client service by providing responsive and proactive support to our clients.
* Building internal and intercompany relationships within all WTW departments, including Mumbai, Operations, Compliance, Wordings, Legal, Accounting, Settlement, and Claims.
* Developing responsibilities for data, metrics, and key reports to track progress towards objectives.
Qualifications
The Requirements
* Preferably ACII qualified or equivalent, or a desire to work towards CII and other professional qualifications.
* Relevant experience and a reputation for servicing clients in the insurance industry or similar profession.
* Strong capabilities in using and adopting IT, software, and applications.
* Good analytical capabilities of information and data for presentations to markets and clients.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to triage priorities.
* Good communication, negotiation, and adaptive interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and explain complex concepts and make recommendations to clients and client servicing teams.
* Proven ability to build relationships and network with other departments.
