To provide care and support for residents within the Christian ethos and aims of the Council for Social Witness.
Responsibilities:
* Evidence an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people within a residential setting.
* Willing to undertake relevant training e.g. induction training, or NVQ / QCF level 2.
* Proficiency in understanding, communicating and writing in English to level required by the duties of the post.
* Basic numeracy required by the duties of the post (as endorsed by appropriate qualification or use of numeracy skills in a work or home environment).
* Willing to work additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the Home.
* Willing to work within the Christian ethos of the Home.
* Willing to maintain registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.

Hours:
3 posts:
* Post 1 – 37 hours per week, Night duty.
* Post 2 – 37 hours per week, Day duty.
* Post 3 – 37 hours per week, Day duty (Maternity cover for 1 year).
