You will be the main point of contact for the field based engineers and will carry out the following;
Main point of contact for customers
You will work within the scheduling team acting allocating works for the engineers
Escalating any complaints from customers
Logging reactive calls
Monitor engineers attendances alongisde SLA
We are looking for someone that;
Has experience scheduling works for engineers or helpdesk admin
Good geographical knowledge
Strong administration and customer service skills
