The Holiday Property Bond (HPB) is a unique life assurance bond that delivers top quality holidays for life. Since its launch in 1983, the number of investors (Bondholders) has now reached over 40,000. The holiday destinations range from the most recent development in Co. Antrim to the Turkish Riviera, with all property acquisition and development funded from new investment.
The Job Role:
Working as a self-employed representative of HPB Management Ltd, this is a home-based role with flexible hours, subject to a requirement to run a minimum of approximately eight events a month at local HPB holiday sites and sometimes local hotels, and to meet agreed performance objectives. Company-generated leads are provided. You will be required to make contact and nurture relationships with leads with the objective of arranging in-person or online meetings to generate sales. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager, your fellow Sales Representatives, and the sales support team at head office. Full initial and ongoing training will be provided. The approximate time commitment is 25-30 hours a week plus travel, although this will vary depending on marketing activities.
Location: North West/Cumbria.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1. Excellent communication skills, both in-person, via phone, and online.
2. IT skills, particularly database management and the ability to communicate electronically.
3. Self-discipline and motivation to work to achieve targets.
4. Flexibility to work within the requirements of the role (both travel and hours).
5. Experience in financial/hospitality sales is helpful but not essential.
6. Full, clean driving license, own car, and phone/laptop required.
