Hiring for multiple Portfolio Managers at various seniority levels (from Junior to Senior), to work for a renowned Solar PV client.
Responsibilities
* Schedule Management – Prepare and oversee weekly engineer schedules to ensure contractual obligations for preventive and corrective maintenance are met.
* Call-Out Coordination – Monitor email alerts from the monitoring team daily and coordinate field engineer call-outs to meet guaranteed response times.
* Contract Management – Oversee the scope of operation and maintenance agreements to ensure full compliance with contractual commitments.
* Budget Oversight – Develop and manage budgets for minor construction projects, corrective maintenance, and site improvements.
* Work Order Management – Generate and manage service tickets for field engineers based on monitoring alerts and contractual obligations. Ensure tickets contain sufficient details for client reporting and follow-up actions.
* Reporting – Prepare monthly technical reports on asset performance and maintenance activities. Generate additional reports for warranty and insurance claims as needed.
* Client Communication – Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and updates.
* Site Activity Coordination – Organize and schedule on-site activities, coordinating with both internal teams and external resources.
