About you
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance team supporting the Next business.
Located within our Leicestershire Head Office in our Finance Operations team.
You will have proven experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
You are ideally someone who thinks about the impact on the Finance areas and wider Business and likes to challenge the status quo and above all values the need for procedure & controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of the full Travel & Expense platform including the reconciliation of expense submissions, salary deductions, aged balances.
* Maintain the Leavers & movers across the Platform on a daily basis.
* Manage the service now requests for new Concur account set ups, approver amendments and general queries.
* Coordinate the Seasonal Store party set-up including arranging Declarations, processing of Lloyds company cards and amendments, new pin requests and communicating out a weekly report to stakeholders to provide a full overview of current spend to date.
* Process new Company credit card applications requests and manage queries/amendments across all programmes.
* Support the onboarding of new TEP partners onto the different platforms.
* Manage and coordinate new Worldpay and Amex Online Mid requests for all Next payment platforms and TP Clients and to assist in the onboarding process for new TP clients.
* Manage and coordinate all new Retail Store Mid and TID requests for Next and TP Clients and to assist in the onboarding process for new TP clients.
* Provide cover within the broader Finance Operations team when required - tasks such as failed refunds, chargebacks, and bacs.
* Audit control of manual payment processing throughout all online business functions, carrying out sample checks to validate successful remediation due to high volumes.
* Maintain and update procedure documents for each area of responsibility.
* Look at tasks and implement automation within the Payments Team.
* Continue to review tasks and streamline processes within T&E.
* Carry out a data cleanse across Concur ensuring we have the correct access levels granted.
Skills & Experience
* Ability to work to tight and strict deadlines.
* Confident communicator at all levels both internally and with third parties.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised and flexible approach to work with the ability to multitask.
* Enjoy problem solving and have the ability to explain clearly the steps to the resolution.
* Work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Actively develop yourself and learn new skills.
* Advanced Excel knowledge and skills essential.
* Experience in a busy environment essential.
* SQL knowledge preferred (although not essential).
