Senior Account Manager

This role would work solely on No7 Beauty Company as part of the WBA group.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a superstar through-the-line Senior Account Manager on Global No7 Beauty Company Brands to join our growing team and contribute to transforming our advertising.
You will work across both No7 Cosmetics and No7 Skincare projects. For the successful candidate this will mean working on a great mix of production heavy work at local level, as well as global exposure with larger budgets.
* You will help lead small to medium-sized projects and act as day-to-day support on larger projects, armed with your experience and proven ability to think and do.
* You will ensure operational excellence on the accounts and projects you manage.
* You will serve as day-to-day client contact and be viewed as an integral part of the business, who is able to offer valuable input on strategy, delivery and creative.
* You will lead teams in execution of project deliverables to the highest quality.
* You will have a solid understanding of strategy and always ensure that you and the team are working towards strategic objectives.
* You will help lead key client meetings including status meetings, briefings, cross-agency partner meetings, and agency presentations.
* You will manage financial responsibilities including reviewing SOWs, estimates and billing for your projects.
* You will seek understanding of client business objectives relative to your projects.
* You will maintain and grow your knowledge of the business competition.
* You will identify new and inventive ways to contribute to and grow client business.
Requirements
* Experience as an Account Manager delivering large scale TTL campaigns. ATL experience is a must.
* TVC experience.
* Has a can-do attitude, comfortable with the pace of a fast moving account, a safe pair of hands under pressure, embraces change and being a proponent of it.
* Strong team player with a collaborative nature.
* Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
* Buttoned down, with strong attention to detail.
* Works effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
* Thinks and operates with strategic orientation and task/project management.
* Leads cross-functional teams and navigates cross-agency collaboration.
* Manages up and knows when to escalate internal and/or client concerns.
