Contracts Administrator for Multi Story Residential and Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts and contract documentation.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Support the project manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry.
* Minimum 3 years experience as a CA.
* Relevant Construction based qualifications.
* Experience in commercial and/or multi residential projects.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract law.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
* Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
