Key Responsibilities: Supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard. Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency. Coordinating with the site management team to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhering to all health and safety protocols on-site. Candidate Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must have: A valid Gold CSCS Card (minimum). A valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification. No criminal record, as the role requires passing the following checks: EL1 Check: A background verification process required for working on government projects. It ensures the candidate meets eligibility standards for secure and sensitive sites. Standard DBS Check: A disclosure check confirming the candidate has no criminal convictions or warnings. Candidates must meet EL1 requirements, which typically include verification of identity, work eligibility, employment history, and references. Pay & Benefits: Rate: £21.00/hr (CIS/UTR).
