We are recruiting for Clinical Pharmacists to work with existing practice and PCN teams to deliver consistency and excellence in medicines optimisation across the member practices. We are looking for Clinical Pharmacists who will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, developing and managing medicines optimisation services within our practices.
