Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property, you will engage with a wide range of clients from owner occupiers to large landlords and institutional lenders together with small - medium size businesses on a range of matters including: Sale and purchase of property subject to conditions (including planning); Landlord and Tenant matters Portfolio management; Secured Lending; Corporate support Property portfolio financing. What they need We are looking for someone who: Has a solid background in Commercial Property work (ideally 10-15 years PQE) Can easily build and maintain relationships with clients Can fit in quickly with the team, and has some experience of mentoring or developing others Demonstrates excellent client care skills Happy to get involved with Business Development and marketing initiatives This is a permanent position, but they would also consider applicants looking for a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave if this were preferable.
