We are seeking an experienced electrician to join the NHS. This is a key role within the trust to manage PPM as well as repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for calibration and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment.
2. Responsible for undertaking condition surveys, evaluating inspection reports and maintenance repairs, improvement and capital work across the Trust as directed by management, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
3. Providing an emergency out of hours service, working a rotating shift pattern covering 365 days a year subject to appropriate negotiations.
4. Required to act within the constraints of national, local and Trust-wide policies, protocols and best practice guidance and be guided by these but will need to establish the way in which these should be interpreted.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Completion of an electrical engineering apprenticeship or experience within the role.
2. 17th or 18th edition.
3. Driving license.
You will be on a temp to perm basis via Magnus Search. Once permanent with the trust you are entitled to the NHS pension and holiday allowance of 35 days including bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months.
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,390.00 per year.
Schedule:
1. Day shift.
2. Monday to Friday.
