Your Role As the Service Manager / Advisor, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our aftersales department. You will manage customer relationships, oversee service operations, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Service : Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring all customers receive a warm and professional welcome. Aftersales Management : Oversee the service department, ensuring all operations run efficiently and effectively. Team Leadership : Support and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding results. Scheduling and Coordination : Manage service bookings, ensuring workshop capacity is utilized effectively. Upselling : Identify opportunities to promote additional services and products to enhance the customer experience. Compliance : Ensure all service operations meet Suzuki and John Banks Group standards, policies, and procedures. What We’re Looking For Experience in a service advisor or management role within the automotive industry. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Suzuki vehicles or other automotive brands is advantageous but not essential. Full, clean UK driving licence. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
