Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
1. Answering customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
2. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
3. Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Working closely with the team to meet and exceed customer service targets.
5. Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
7. Resolving complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner.
8. Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
1. Strong Customer Service skillset.
2. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems, with SAP experience preferable.
3. Ideally an interest in the Science and Research field.
4. A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
