As a Technical Co-ordinator you will be responsible and accountable for the completion of district metered areas changes, major and minor shuts, Network impacting on customers, ensuring safe and compliant operation and maintenance of all assets within the responsible area, you will be responsible for the effective running of the team in the absence of the FPM as they will deputise for leave and delegated requirements, meeting performance continuity for an operational area and role succession. As our customers are at the forefront of everything, we do you will be supporting the FPM with the overall customer expectation and complaints, whilst having an overview of all planned and reactive works within the operational area to ensure procedural compliance and water quality is met Ideally you will be Customer focused quality focused person with experience in Water Distribution & Leak detection. Health & Safety regulations, Environmental policies, Risk assessments & method statements.
