Job Description
1. Engaging with customers over the phone to provide product information and promote company services.
2. Support sales team by booking appointments & building rapport with customers.
3. Identifying new business opportunities by understanding customer needs.
4. Providing high-level customer service at all times.
5. Developing strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Recording customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, or comments.
7. Maintaining customer databases and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
The Successful Applicant
A successful TeleSales Agent should have:
