Role Description
This is a contract Desktop Support Engineer role located in Leven. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and computer hardware. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth operations of desktop systems.
Qualifications
1. Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware skills
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
3. Printer Support skills
4. Experience in managing IT infrastructure
5. Strong problem-solving abilities
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
This is an ad hoc role for additional support and holiday cover.
