The Climbing Wall Assistant role plays a vital role in the operation of the climbing centre in delivering a variety of climbing sessions to a high standard. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team at the Climbing Centre. Shift patterns will include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in climbing and introducing others to the sport. They will sessions that are fun and have safety at the forefront of everything they do. They will show adaptability in all aspects of the role in order to meet expectations and requirements from a wide variety of customers. The ability to adapt and change sessions to suit fitness levels, ability, age and more is a vital part of the role. They will be a vital part of the operational success of the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing, ensuring the facility is presented to exceptional levels at all times.
