Role overview:
Join WM Reply as a Graduate Change and Communications Consultant and help empower millions to achieve more through Microsoft technologies. You will work on creating impactful change management strategies, designing communication campaigns, and developing training programs to enhance employee experiences with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot. With a focus on innovation, learning, and diversity, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment while contributing to the adoption of cutting-edge Microsoft 365 solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies to drive the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies across diverse organisations
* Design and execute creative communication campaigns to promote new technology tools and enhance employee engagement
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customise training sessions for effective learning and technology adoption
* Create and manage assets for change management, ensuring they align with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
* Apply change management methodologies such as ADKAR to guide clients through transitions and foster smooth organisational shifts
* Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with Microsoft technologies, best practices in change management, and emerging trends in employee experience
So, here’s what’s important to us:
* You have a 2:1 degree, ideally from a creative subject such as Media and Communications, marketing, journalism & writing
* A real people person, and you know what makes people tick
* You are super creative and think outside the box
* The ability to write clear communication, dazzling presentations, and exciting campaigns and comfortably presenting these
* Some work experience is beneficial - a placement year or internship
