Role Overview:
The Regional Manager will be instrumental in our continued expansion into the East Midlands. As a Regional Manager your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Your role is pivotal in driving business development activities and ensuring the growth and success of our company
You will also be responsible for managing our temporary bookings team, interviewing new members of staff, negotiating contracts, and supporting housing developers with their permanent recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Generation:
* Proactively develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our client base.
* Actively seek out and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and secure repeat business.
* Identify market trends and opportunities to stay ahead in the competitive recruitment industry.
Recruitment of Temporary Staff:
* Source, screen, and recruit high-quality temporary staff to meet client demands.
* Ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for various temporary positions.
* Manage the temporary workforce, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract management.
Permanent Recruitment Oversight:
* Oversee the recruitment process for permanent positions, ensuring the best match between clients and candidates.
* Work closely with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs and company culture.
* Implement best practices in candidate assessment and selection to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Strong background in sales, recruitment, or the new homes industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Proactive and results-driven approach to business development.
* Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* Due to the nature of the role, you must have access to your own vehicle.
