Project Manager | £35,000 - £50,000 | Kent Based

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Maintain contractual requirements for both contractors and consultants
* Organise, chair, and lead multidisciplinary meetings with stakeholders to manager identified risks to the project scope, timescales, and specification.
* Budget planning and oversee project procurement management.
* Assist in establishing the client’s brief and expectations against time, cost, exposure and quality.
* Produce all relevant project programmes, highlighting the events required to meet both contract and commencement dates.
* Ensure all drawings, specifications and actions are produced and distributed within the confines of the agreed working programme, and monitor performance of the design team against the same.
We are looking for the following:
* Client facing and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
* Have an RICS accredited degree.
* Working towards or keen to begin construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB).
* You must have a proven track record in Project Management for a Construction consultancy.
