What you’ll do: As a Technical Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring energystore's high-quality standards are maintained. Working closely with technical teams, operational teams, subcontractors, and customers, you’ll: Conduct live and post-install inspections for cavity wall installations on both new build and retrofit projects. Provide training and carding for installers and surveyors, both in the classroom and onsite. Use iAuditor software to update inspection records accurately. Perform inspections on behalf of guarantee agencies. Liaise with internal teams to implement strategies for improving standards across the network. Deliver Toolbox Talks and attend site inductions to promote best practices. Oversee on-site Health & Safety and provide advice to contractors and subcontractors. What you’ll have: 2 years' practical experience in cavity wall insulation. A Cavity Wall Installer card. Pre & post inspection experience. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills. A full clean UK driving licence. First Aid trained (desirable). CSCS (training available if required). IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications (or actively working towards one would be desirable). 2 years' supervisory or inspection experience in a construction-related role.
