Role Overview
Our client, a leader in the financial services space is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT team. You’ll provide hands-on support across users, systems, and infrastructure, assisting with both BAU support and exciting IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1st to 3rd line support for end-users and IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
2. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
3. Support Microsoft 365 (O365), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
4. Support and maintain VoIP phone systems.
5. Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
6. Assist in monitoring and improving network security and performance.
7. Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
8. Provide application support for business-critical software.
9. Manage software installations, updates, and patching.
10. Assist with IT projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
