Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding clinical care, promote independence, and provide comfort to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care, as well as administering medications and ensuring the highest standards of practice. Key Responsibilities: Assess residents' healthcare needs and create personalized care plans. Administer medication and treatments in line with established protocols. Monitor and record residents' progress, responding to any changes in condition. Provide leadership and support to care assistants, ensuring effective teamwork. Liaise with families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of care provided. Promote dignity, respect, and independence among residents. Key Requirements: Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. Experience in a clinical care environment, preferably in a care home or elderly care setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for providing excellent care. Ability to take on leadership responsibilities and mentor junior staff.
