We are a busy family-owned Commercial Cleaning franchise company requiring someone to fill our full-time Senior Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager role. This role includes:
1. Building relationships with franchisees
2. Complaint resolution
3. Job starts
4. Quality control
5. Training and supervision of new and existing franchisees
This will be a very busy role, and the successful applicant will have:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Commercial cleaning skills
3. Computer literacy
4. An eye for detail
5. A high standard of personal presentation
6. Fantastic organization skills
7. A strong work ethic
Proven ability and knowledge in commercial cleaning through work experience is essential.
Hours of work: 2pm to 10.30pm. 40 hours per week. Salary: Up to $100,000.00 per annum. A vehicle and work phone will be provided.
