Job Title: Qualifications Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Qualifications Delivery Manager. This role will be based in our Bristol office, with the option to work from home for the remainder of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement qualification assessments and examinations across various sectors
* Develop and implement product and service policies, processes, and procedures at an organisational level
* Maintain and raise standards in assessment and/or assessment delivery
* Review the performance of assessment tools
* Manage a remote associate workforce

* Understanding of national, risk-based assessment systems/regulatory frameworks/best practice
* A complete understanding of the key validity and reliability issues associated with different assessment methodologies
* Regulatory knowledge and understanding with the ability to drive positive process change
* A good understanding of the implications of existing and new assessment models for customers
* Project Management – issues, approaches, tools & strategies; pitfalls & case studies
