Receptionist (Part-Time, Immediate Start)
Location: Swindon
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to become permanent

We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join Swindon’s brand-new, state-of-the-art sports facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new venue, offering excellent potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and members.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage booking systems.
3. Handle basic financial invoicing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Support administrative tasks to keep the front desk running smoothly.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
3. Capability and experience with basic finance invoicing (essential).
4. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
