Exciting Opportunity: Sales Manager, Europe
B-People have been retained by a new and exciting industrial client: an innovative global manufacturer with whom we have been eager to work for a while, due to their stellar market reputation and employee retention records.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that’s not only highly respected in its field but also has a strong focus on growth and innovation. We’re looking for a Sales Leader to join their expanding team in Europe.

What we're looking for:
• Ideally Multilingual proficiency: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in other European languages is highly preferred.
• Location: Some flexibility across Europe i.e. UK, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain etc. There will be significant travel.
• Industry experience: Proven experience with Retail Customers, Retail Cycles, and Retail sales growth is essential.
• Relevant verticals: Open to industry if matching other requirements.
• Leadership experience: Some background in team management is a plus but not essential.
• Sales approach: Ability to drive both business development and manage relationships with existing clients, with strategies tailored to different markets and countries.
• International experience: Exposure to international markets.

Compensation:
Due to the confidential nature of the role, specific compensation details can’t be disclosed. For direction, I’m looking for candidates who are targeting €100,000+ for this level of opportunity.
