As Storeperson, you will maintain the security and quality of the hotel stores so that administrative processes are managed in a timely manner and that customers are well served in the hotel's retail environment. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: · Maintain the security of stores and follow the correct key procedures · Ensure that delivered items are correct and in high-quality condition · Complete administrative duties in relation to the purchasing system · Forward, on a daily basis, requisitions and transfers to purchasing · Communicate with all Heads of Departments regarding stock shortages and unavailable items · Maintain the cleanliness of all stores and delivery areas · Conduct regular temperature checks on goods on a daily basis · Deliver stock to correct outlets · Ensure stock and purchasing records are always current · Ensure requisitions are placed for all stock leaving stores · Support monthly stock takes · Report any maintenance and/or hazard issues to the Supervisor on duty · Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL IS WHO WE ARE, AND WE ARE HILTON H ospitality I ntegrity L eadership T eamwork O wnership N ow The most recognized name in the industry, Hilton remains synonymous with the word “hotel.” From inaugural balls and Hollywood awards galas to business events and days to remember, Hilton is where the world makes history, closes the deal, toasts special occasions and gets away from it all.
