Job Description
As a Legal Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting customers who are going through the remortgage process, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
The role will be mainly telephone based and you will be working alongside a team of case workers to guide clients throughout the process and chase up required documents for the file.
You will also correspond with third parties such as banks, handling queries to enable the file to be progressed.
The Successful Applicant
1. Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds
2. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
3. The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
4. Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail
5. A good team player
