Role Purpose:
The Workplace Host is responsible for helping to create an exceptional workplace experience for colleagues across all our office locations. This role is integral in coordinating all aspects of the workplace operation, ensuring an inclusive and high-quality service delivery that is reflective of Allwyn’s culture and values. The FC will collaborate closely with our in-house team as well as our outsourced service partners ensuring we are offering a safe, secure and productive workplace environment that operates in line with our social value commitments.
Role Responsibilities:
Stock Control and Replenishment:
* Manage and replenish stationery hubs.
* Replenish paper and perform operational checks for printers and shredders.
Facility Maintenance:
* Regularly check the roof terrace to ensure sunshade umbrellas, furniture, etc., are safe and secure given the weather conditions, and react quickly to any changes.
* Assist with delivering and collecting larger items to and from colleagues to support the Post Room.
* Help colleagues with items to and from their vehicles upon request.
* Perform minor office moves and furniture changes.
* Conduct basic fabric repairs.
Signage and Housekeeping Support:
* Ensure correct signage is displayed and replace or amend as necessary.
* Support the housekeeping team with cleaning issues.
Meeting Room and Event Setup:
* Set up meeting rooms and events as required.
* Check games (electronic and manual) in the breakout area daily to ensure they are in working order and replace any missing or broken equipment.
Equipment Monitoring:
* Monitor Smart Vending machines to ensure they are operating correctly and troubleshoot or log any faults.
* Check meeting rooms when not in use, turning off heating, AC, and lighting to save energy.
Task Management:
* Log, update, and close out tasks on Marvel and Concept systems.

Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
* A customer-centric attitude to ensure all internal staff and visitors have a positive experience in the work environment.
* Adaptability and flexibility to manage and take care of a wide range of tasks, as well as a positive attitude and self-motivation to improve the way in which things are done.
* Strong communication skills to work with a wide range of individuals.
