Job summary We are looking for Health Care Support Workers to join us in an environment where we strive for excellence. A positive patient centred experience is the motivation to our care delivery. It is an expectation that all newly appointed staff that appointed to this role will complete the Care Certificate within the first twelve weeks of employment with the Trust. There is also the opportunity for post holders to undertake the level 3 apprenticeship as part of their role, subject to them having the necessary maths and English qualifications. This will be discussed at appointment. Main duties of the job The successful candidates will work within an established team carrying out essential patient care under the direction and supervision of a qualified nurse. They will work as an effective and responsible member of the team acting consistently with legislation, policies, procedures and other quality approaches. GCSE English Language & Maths Grade E or above or equivalent. Previous experience of working in a health/care setting is desirable but not essential. Are you compassionate, approachable and friendly?
