Main duties of the job
As a senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment where you will provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the Care Home Units. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio. You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team and opportunities for career development through a range of training courses.
