We are looking for a Cleaning Services Auditor at Sodexo at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester to ensure service excellence and compliance with contractual requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow and enforce cleaning service standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, and upholding high cleaning standards. What you’ll do: Conduct and complete all service audits accurately and on time, in line with contracted requirements. In conjunction with the Cleaning Services Manager to follow up the agreed corrective actions have been implemented. Interface with clients during accompanied audits where failures occur or are contested. Interface with managers and front-line employees to communicate audit results via Improvement Reports, highlighting areas of failure. Ensure audits align with Service Standard Statements, maintaining objectivity and impartiality while following policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with HASWA (Health and Safety at Work Act). Complete service audits via the IT system audit platform to ensure compliance with Service Standard Statements. Adhere to timescales for collecting sufficient samples on a monthly basis. Raise Improvement Reports to highlight areas of failure and communicate these for action. Record, monitor, and review Improvement Reports, following up on actions and updating the central register. Identify and report health and safety issues encountered during audit activities. Compile service audit reports and submit them to the HSEQ team within provided deadlines. Support additional auditing requirements, including window cleaning, periodic cleans, flushing records, etc. Perform additional ad hoc duties as required. Will primarily be working on Merville Barracks site. However there will be a requirement to audit satellites as required.
