Supervising classes when teachers are absent. Ensuring students remain engaged and follow the set lesson plan. Managing classroom behavior and maintaining discipline. Assisting students with their learning when necessary. Reporting any issues or incidents to senior staff. Supporting the school with other duties, such as exam invigilation and administrative tasks. Skills & Qualities Required: Strong classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and assertiveness. Adaptability and resilience. A good understanding of school policies and safeguarding procedures. Qualifications & Experience: No formal teaching qualification is required, but experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, or tutoring) is beneficial.
