* derive insights through analysis and share them with stakeholders, e.g., new fraud trends or about performance of the One Login fraud tooling
* measure and assess outcomes, for example, 'what success looks like', developing hypotheses and measurement frameworks - at both a strategic level and for fraud tooling components
* communicate findings and provide recommendations to a range of stakeholders in understandable and engaging ways - such as show and tells, dashboards, and other data visualisation methods
* develop an understanding of the data across the product, including data flows and relevant retention periods, to provide data requirements to the wider programme to ensure the fraud team can respond to any new threats
* remain alert to emerging fraud issues and trends, especially through working with other parts of the fraud function, to continually improve the data products we own

Experience in data analysis using data from a complex product environment
While we value the use of AI technology to enhance our daily work, we also value the personal touch and urge applicants to write cover letters without the use of AI to emphasise their own unique experiences.
In the Civil Service, we use Success Profiles to evaluate your skills and ability. This gives us the best possible chance of finding the right person for the job, increases performance and improves diversity and inclusivity. We’ll be assessing your technical abilities, skills, experience and behaviours that are relevant to this role.
We’ll also be assessing your experience and specialist technical skills against the following skills defined in the Government Digital, Data and Technology Profession Capability Framework for the Data Analyst role:
* Analysis and Synthesis
