The Structure Planner defines the areas in the block layout of the assembly halls. In addition, the Structure Planner acts as responsible role for the overall layout. The Structure Planner works on projects until their decision and accompanies them during their realization or transfers them to the responsible persons of the realization.
What Awaits you:
* Responsibility of the overall layout of the assembly halls (incl. pits, foreman’s offices, social areas) in buildings/areas of assembly.
* Responsible for the allocation of the areas within the assembly buildings/areas and the project management of the structure project or sub-projects.
* Representing Assembly planning towards the interface of building design/construction, projects and other technologies.
* Assisting in the development and evaluation of structural measures for the long-term business development of the plants based on the assembly reference, model allocation to the plants and production premises, e.g. Site extension project, Base Launch, etc.
* Development of the production concept (derived from the LPD – Long-term Plant Development).
* Planning and implementation of efficient assembly structures in the production network for new buildings, building/capacity extensions and replacement measures.
* Holistic assessment of structural alternatives together with the interface partners from construction, supply planning, process planning, facility planning and neighboring technologies, as well as proactive influencing of production and logistics processes and product development by identifying potentials for an overall optimum of structure invest and running costs.
* Plans, implements and coordinates all equipment or process related, secondary media installations (e.g. compressed air, lighting, energy, IT, etc.) and supports the assembly planning function with other structure/equipment planning tasks.
