Your Role Includes: Duty Management: Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficiency. Team Leadership: Conduct team meetings, recognize achievements, and drive improvements. Customer Service: Handle enquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly. VIP & Group Management: Coordinate VIP and press arrivals for a seamless experience. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships across departments. Performance & Staff Management: Assist with appraisals, oversee schedules, and manage absences. Facility Maintenance: Ensure public areas remain pristine. Food & Beverage Oversight: Manage service, stock control, and allergen training. Revenue Growth: Work with leadership to enhance revenue and drive innovation. Cleaning Standards: Oversee high cleanliness standards with the cleaning team. Treatment Revenue Management: Manage online availability with the Treatments Manager. Operations & Compliance: Open/close the spa, reconcile transactions, manage family swim sessions, and ensure GDPR compliance. Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks and order supplies. General Support: Assist management with additional tasks as needed, including emergency cover.
