This is a part time position working 22 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm.
Stockport Homes Group manages a 12,000 strong housing stock on behalf of Stockport Council. Providing high quality affordable housing is something we are passionate about.
We're looking for a Customer Services officer to join our driven and friendly team working in our busy reception area at our head office Cornerstone in the centre of Stockport town centre.
Our customer service officers are often the first point of contact for our customers, making them crucial to delivering a first class customer experience.

The successful candidate will:
* Help us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
* Build strong rapport with recurring customers.
* Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits.
* Answer queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
You will need to be very customer focused, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications, and have a real interest in supporting people who are often in difficult situations.
This role will be on Stockport Homes Limited terms and conditions.
The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory basic clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
