Job Title: Delegate Sales Representative
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working)
Pay: £14 - £16 per hour
Hours: Part-time or Full Time, 8am- 4pm/9am-5pm
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time (3 months minimum)
Responsibilities:
Be the first touch point for potential delegates, creating a welcoming experience.
Focus on generating leads, primarily from warm contacts who have previously engaged.
Conduct majority of outreach through phone calls, ensuring meaningful conversations.
Follow up with engaging emails to solidify connections.
Manage accounts, maintaining relationships and staying proactive with communication.
Handle conference ticket sales.
Navigate both public and private sector processes, understanding that public can take a bit longer.
Own and maintain a dedicated spreadsheet for tracking all leads and interactions.
Experience/Skill Set Looking For:
Ideally, you have experience in events or marketing industries.
Background in delegate sales is a plus!
Familiarity with marketing and events companies will set you apart.
Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
