As a Transition Banker - Associate within J.P Morgan’s Private Banking business, you will have the exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team. You will be responsible for overseeing the team’s closing book of clients, ensuring that each account is properly maintained and serviced. Your role will require a strong understanding of the firm’s risk management procedures, including the 'know your client' (KYC) process. Job Responsibilities manage each account to ensure that the client has a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced, specifically adhering to J.P. Morgan Risk Management policies Ensure the KYC periodic review process is completed and ensuring our records remain up-to-date while closing the relationship manage the risk in the closing account book and ensuring areas of concern are escalated appropriately be a main point of contact for the closing accounts working in coordination with Client Service and Investor coverage as needed to assist the client in liquidating and transferring assets to an external provider Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in Private Banking supporting a client focused business Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with strong attention to detail Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments and banking concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Multi-lingual UK RDR qualified
