As the Finance and Office Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Inputting financial data, paying invoices, monitoring rental income & chasing debtors
• Producing income/expenditure & cashflow reports, payroll, petty cash & reconciliations
• Informing utility suppliers of monthly meter readings and creating tenant invoices
• Producing and sending service charge and biannual rent statements
• Processing annual rent/service charge increases, including tenant notifications
• Keeping accurate records, providing some admin support to CEO
• Dealing with post, ordering stationary and answering the phone
We’re looking for a Finance and Office Administrator with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience as an Accounts/Finance Administrator
• Good working knowledge of Sage accounting software
• An AAT qualification would be beneficial
• Positive, proactive, reliable and confident person
• Happy to pick up the phone and speak to people
• Professional & approachable with tenants, colleagues and external contacts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literate
In return, the successful Finance and Office Administrator will receive a salary of £26,000 to £29,000 (pro rata) plus the following benefits…
