What are we looking for in a Welcome Desk Manager?
* Previous leadership experience in hospitality.
* Confidence in leading a team.
* Experience in dealing with managers of other departments.
* Willingness to assist fellow talent and guests alike with any support needed.
* Prepared to work weekends and night shifts due to shift pattern.
* Assist the Welcome Office Manager and Assistant Welcome Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.
* Direct and work with managers and talents to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process.
* Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
