New Job Opporrunity Position: Support Team Leader – Adult Supported Living Salary: £30,000 (Dependent on experience) Hours: 24 hours off rota, 16 hours on rota (including sleep-ins) Location: Overseeing two services: Home to 4 gentlemen with varying needs, none complex. Two are quite independent with minimal support. Two separate cottages, each supporting one female resident. Team Size: 16 staff across both services Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a difference? P4 Recruitment are seeking someone who embodies leadership, not just management, to oversee the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring excellence in care and support. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leadership & Development: Provide monthly support sessions and team meetings. Coach and role model exceptional practices. Oversee staff training and development. Operational Excellence: Manage rotas, annual leave, and staff compliance. Conduct monthly audits (medical, financial). Ensure high standards in the environment and quality of life for those we support. Meaningful Support: Help the people we support lead active and fulfilling lives. Build and maintain relationships with families and professionals. Compliance & Safeguarding: Report safeguardings and incidents promptly. Uphold compliance across all areas. Collaborative Working: Work closely with the York District Team and attend training as required (may involve overnight stays). What We’re Looking For: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent or working towards this Proven leadership experience within care services. A genuine commitment to improving the lives of those with complex needs. Ability to lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team. Willingness to travel and flexibility for overnight training stays.
