Your Key Responsibilities Engaging Donor Communications: Craft powerful proposals, concept notes, and donor reports that highlight ActionAid’s strategic work. Bring to life the stories of individuals and communities we support, translating technical programme details into compelling narratives. Grant Management Excellence: Manage a portfolio of restricted grants, ensuring high standards of reporting, monitoring, and compliance. Collaborate with programme staff globally to provide accurate and inspiring updates to donors. Organisation & Strategic Planning: Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment and of managing and prioritising a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines as well as previous experience of working in a cooperative and flexible way as part of a busy team, with the ability to review existing team systems and processes and innovate to improve team efficiency Proven ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload, taking initiative and meeting deadlines Knowledge Sharing: Lead the development of internal resources, including a monthly newsletter that shares updates from across the Federation.
