Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Temporary Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a prestigious private hospital in Waterlooville which specializes in eating disorders. Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:
o Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations.
o Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
o Administer medications and monitor their effects.
o Provide support and counseling to patients and their families.
o Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
2. Clinical Duties:
o Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the medical team.

Qualifications:
* Education: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
* Licensure: Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
