Job Description:
We at Fusion Practices are looking for Oracle Fusion Financial Consultants.
The ideal candidate will be expected to have hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion in the following modules - AP, AR, GL, CM. Any experience working with the P2P cycle will be good to have.
Experienced consultants who can hit the ground running, strictly a General Ledger Expert on Oracle Fusion having work experience in the following area may apply for this role.
An ideal candidate should have experience on Cloud with the ability to provide effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.
Should be well experienced in partnering with onsite functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and working alongside peers and technical support teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 full life cycle end-to-end implementation projects implementing Financials module - (GL, AP, AR, FAH, P2P, Expense)
2. You should understand General Ledger processes very well, and the GL tables.
3. Hands-on experience working with GL Interface.
4. Hands-on experience working with Financials Reporting is needed.
5. Extensive experience working with P2P cycle is good to have.
6. Hands-on experience working with AP modules is needed.
7. Should have experience in enhancement or implementation involving Accounts Payable module.
8. Should have good functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, P2P is a must.
9. Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion financials.
10. Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud's Embedded reporting technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher will be an added advantage.
11. Good to have client-facing experience and must have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, with a strong focus on GL.
2. Provide expert techno-functional support for the GL module, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
3. Collaborate with onsite functional and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver exceptional services.
4. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
5. Possess a deep understanding of GL processes and GL tables within Oracle Fusion.
6. Provide hands-on expertise in GL Interface configurations and implementations.
7. Develop and maintain financial reports using Oracle Fusion's reporting tools, including OTBI and BI Publisher (advantageous).
8. Utilize Financials Reporting capabilities to provide insightful data analysis and support decision-making.
9. Provide hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) module.
10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle (advantageous).
11. Partner with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective solutions.
12. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
13. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Qualification Required:
1. Oracle Fusion Financials certification preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of financial business processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
